User research
Explain discuss and justify design decisions. Drive qualitative and quantitative research using design thinking methodology. Discovering what needs to be addressed and always looking for stories.
Synthesise
Making sense of the research by
discovering patterns and navigating through messy research with post-it notes. Helps analyse and define problem statements in order to launch ideation sessions.
Design thinking
Every single project is unique and so is the design process. By applying human-centered design approach, embracing ambiguity, asking questions, empathising with the user keeps me focused on designing what matters.

As a reluctant engineer, Jasmina fled from a traditional path and explored her creativity in unique settings ranging from a performing arts organization, a film festival, to a non-profit association. Today she uses her passion for design to explore people’s actions and feelings, as well as the world around us, in order to go beyond the ‘what’ and uncover the ‘why’.
